Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
We do our best to package and ship orders every business day unless a rare company-wide schedule conflict occurs. We are closed weekends and for major US holidays. Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders with expedited shipping and handling will be processed first, followed by all other orders. During periods of high volume (such as the holiday season or when a high-demand product is available), orders may take 1-2 weeks or longer to leave our warehouse. Pre-ordered products will ship around the date indicated in their product description.
SHIPPING AND CARRIER DELIVERY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper shipping address is provided at checkout. Please double check that autofill, fast checkout, or other assistance tools use the correct shipping address. Once a package is sent to our shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. We cannot change the shipping address or provide any information on shipment progress beyond what is available from the tracking number you receive. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages, although we reserve the right to make a good-faith effort to provide refunds or replacements of affected products at our discretion.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If we receive a returned package at our warehouse, we will reach out to you to confirm your address for reshipment. We will send a follow-up email after one week, and if we do not hear back within seven days of our follow-up email your order will be refunded (not including shipping) and placed back in inventory.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Brotherwise Games reserves the right to ship packages using the carrier, service, and shipping methods of our choice, at our discretion. Shipping charges are based on total cart value (excluding applicable taxes). Domestic purchases are eligible for free standard shipping once they reach the current required total cart value (shown at checkout and possibly other locations on our store). Purchasing expedited shipping and handling will prioritize your order handling and generally be shipped using priority shipping methods. We are unable to provide promises or guarantees for delivery speeds. Delays due to the carrier are possible on all shipments.
Domestic locations
Standard Shipment Orders: Standard shipments will ship via USPS Ground Advantage, and may take between 3 days to a week or two depending on distances and USPS delivery schedules.
Expedited Orders: Expedited orders will be fulfilled before all other orders. Expedited orders will ship priority and generally take 1-3 days once shipped. These packages may encounter minor delays if mail forwarding applies.
LOST PACKAGES (DOMESTIC)
Packages are not considered lost until 1 month has passed since the most recent tracking update. This timeframe is increased to 2 months during the busy holiday shipping season (October–January). Please see our Refund Policy for information on addressing lost or damaged shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Brotherwise Games reserves the right to ship packages using the carrier, service, and shipping methods of our choice, at our discretion. Shipping charges are based on cart totals and destination country. These rates cover shipping ONLY, and do not include any customs fees, taxes, brokerage dues, or other charges required by your country or the carrier used. You are responsible for those costs. We are unable to provide promises or guarantees for delivery speeds. Delays due to the carrier are possible on all shipments.

If shipped via FedEx, they will maintain control of the package until delivery and customs clearance will be coordinated directly through them. If shipped via USPS, the package will be transferred to your local postal carrier and they will contact you regarding applicable customs charges.
